My recent stay at Lorf Hostel&Apartments was great! I stayed there for a few nights and it was a perfect choice for my budget travel. The shared room was simple but the price/quality ratio was excellent. The common room and kitchen were clean, well-equipped, and I could use them even before checking in. The staff, especially Tanya, were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the city center. I had a pleasant stay at Lorf Hostel&Apartments.
Can recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hostel! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train/bus station and the old city. the room was super clean and the bathrooms were spotless. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the owner even lived in the building and was easy to talk to. We were provided with towels and the hostel had amenities available for purchase. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the privacy curtains on the bunk beds.
That there was only one shower room, which meant we had to take turns for showers.

The staff were friendly and caring, continuously keeping the hostel clean. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus/train station and the old town. the beds had curtains for added privacy which was a nice touch.
There were limited washrooms/toilets for the number of guests, resulting in long waiting times. The room had poor ventilation and a warehouse-like smell that took some getting used to.

The location of the hostel was fantastic, only a short walk to the city center. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was available, a nice touch for budget travelers. the newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, and the family room option was perfect for larger groups or families.
The kitchen was quite small, making it difficult for more than a couple of people to use it at the same time. I found that there were only two bathrooms for a potentially large number of guests, which led to long waits and inconveniences.

The staff were amazing, always attentive and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the old town and the Jewish quarter, making it easy to explore and find restaurants. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and quiet environment.
Although everything else was great, the constant sales pitch for tours as soon as we arrived was a bit overwhelming. It would have been better to check in first before being offered any additional services.

The hostel had comfortable bunks and it was clean enough. Each bed had a light, a locker, and a charging point for phones. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the city center and a nearby mall. Plus, the train station was easily accessible.
There was no common room or designated space for guests to meet and socialize. This made it difficult to interact with other travelers.
